Competitive Wage

RTS drivers are paid from the minute they get to the terminal until they return for the day.  Starting pay for local drivers is $23/hour.  We pay WEEKLY and direct deposit is available.

More Home Time...Guaranteed

RTS drivers are offered a 4 day work week and do not work weekends.  That's right - you'll have the same scheduled day off every week...guaranteed!  Drivers can work their fifth day, but it's on a voluntary basis.

Excellent Benefits Package

We offer a full benefit package which includes health, dental, vision and short term disability insurance.  Drivers are eligible for PTO, paid holidays and 401k start after 90 days.  PTO starts at 2 weeks per year and increases to a maximum of 5 weeks over time.

RTS Gear

RTS drivers are given RTS logo t-shirts along with an RTS hat.  Uniform shirts are lockers are also provided

Driving is a tough job and we get it.  We give you the tools to make your job a little easier - nice equipment, 2 way radios, ELDs and an experienced, friendly dispatch group.
